E-Mail Appointment Reminders
We use an e-mail appointment reminder system that will e-mail you five days prior to your scheduled appointment time to remind you of your appointment. Please click the “confirm” button at the bottom of the e-mail. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you call the office directly during business hours. If you do not respond to the e-mail message our office staff will contact you to confirm your scheduled visit. Additionally, two hours prior to your appointment time, you will receive a text message. If you do not wish to receive texts, there is an “opt out” option at the end of the first text you receive. Failure to notify our office of a cancellation may result in a charge. See our missed appointment policy for more information.
