Dr. Szott
conducts a comprehensive initial examination which includes
an oral cancer screening, examination of the temperomandibular
joints (jaw joints) and chewing muscles, complete periodontal
(gum) exam, dental (tooth) exam and evaluation of the Occlusion
(bite).
If no current x-rays are available, we obtain and interpret a full mouth series of digital x-rays and panoramic films. In certain instances, study models are also obtained. |
Preventive
Dentistry includes sealant and fluoride treatments.
Restorative
Dentistry services include:
- Tooth
colored fillings, porcelain restorations, crowns and
bridges
- Restoration
of dental implants
- Partial
dentures and full dentures
- Splint
Therapy for Temperomandibular Disorder (TMJ Problems)
and tooth grinding
