About Dr. Margaret Szott

Born and raised in Greensboro, NC, Dr. Szott graduated from Grimsley Senior High School in 1988. She then went on to pursue a chemistry degree at Duke University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1992. In 1996, Dr. Szott earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.

From 1996 to 1998, she furthered her dental expertise through a General Practice Residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Szott began her private dental practice in Greensboro in October of 1998.

Dr. Szott was married in March of 2000 to Tom, an educator and coach at Greensboro Day School. They have one son, Matthew. They are members of St. Paul the Apostle Church where Dr. Szott serves as a lector. In her free time she enjoys playing with her dog, running and swimming.

We offer a wide range of dental services, including preventive dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and restorative dentistry. We pride ourselves in our patient-centered practice. We do everything possible to make dental visits pleasant and fun for our patients. We have earned the loyalty of our patients, many who have been with us since our inception in 1998.
